 Work principle: Adopted the respond type of electric light to automatic control the tight degree of clipping. After clipping, the clipper loose out automatically, needn¡¯t press any button, the machine can complete the whole glued up, binding process by itself.
Function:To avoid the phenomenon of droping page, slice not in order,and not average clipping in front and back. Clip the book tightly and gluing evenly.
Announcements: Don¡¯t loose the screw of the set at will, to avoid the set and the bottom off plumb and result in the glue is not firm while the machine is working.

Work principle:The cover of cutter adopted the safety devise to seal completely, open automatically according to the book degree of thickness, cut on the back (brink) of the book into dentate small slot, and make hotmelt glue can permeate the cover for better glue. After cutting, the paper scrap can be collected into a bag by the engine.
Function: Extend the glue touching area between the bookback and the cover, more firm glue binding.

Work principle:In the First run, the glue slot had been pushed down while the inside page (book-placing set) is passing by, the cutter just cut the bookback but no gluing. Put the cover on the clipping set£¬it return by the light electricity respond. In the second run, the gelatinizing wheel rolling, gelatinize the bookback, and then the adjusting board will rectify it equally. The gluing thickness adjusted according to the thickness and the variety of the book, to make it even and firm.
Function: Gelatinizing evenly, can choose the degree of thickness of the glue, match inside page to the cover by gluing, matching together firmly.
Announcements: Don¡¯t touch the glue slot, keep away from scald. The tamperature of the hotmelt glue and the slot are very high in the process of binding.The glue has maximum and minimum, it is required to be in the range of the maximum and minimum. To adjust glue thickness, according to the variety of the book, set the adjusting board to the right height. |

Work principle: After you put the cover on the set, the inside page (book-placing set) return auto or manually, the clipping pressure and clipping time according to the thickness of the book to adjust.
Function: Clipping mode is adopted direct drive of plural gear and chain, average distribute of pressure.
Announcements:Must adjust the clipping pressure and clipping time of the clipping set before the process. Generally, the clipping pressure is at 60-100kg, the clipping time is at 3-10 seconds¡¯s. The clipping set will not work normally if the clipping pressure is less or the clipping time is too short.
